개인정보처리방침

1. 수집하는 정보

• 로그인 정보: 이메일 주소와, Google 로그인 시 제공되는 이름·프로필 식별자. 이메일로 가입하면 비밀번호는 Supabase Auth가 단방향 해시로만 저장합니다.
• 이용자가 직접 입력한 정보: 보유 종목, 거래·현금 내역, 매수 논거, 관심종목, 투자 성향, 알림 설정
• 서비스가 생성한 정보: 일일·주간 분석 결과, 논거 점검 기록
• 연결 정보: MCP 커넥터(Claude 등)와 API 키 연결 기록(연결된 앱 이름, 마지막 사용 시각). 액세스 토큰과 API 키는 해시로만 저장하며, 이용자가 등록한 본인 Anthropic API 키는 암호화해 저장합니다.
• MCP 커넥터로는 AI 클라이언트가 보내는 도구 이름과 인자만 받으며, 이용자의 대화 내용은 수집하지 않습니다.
• 접속 정보: 세션 쿠키, 서버 로그(IP 주소, 접속 시각 등)

2. 이용 목적

• 본인 확인 및 로그인 유지
• 포트폴리오 기록, 분석, 시세 표시 등 서비스 제공
• 이용자가 설정한 경우 알림 이메일 발송
• 장애 대응 및 보안 유지

이용자의 정보를 광고에 사용하거나 판매하지 않습니다.

3. 처리 위탁 및 제3자 제공

서비스 운영을 위해 아래 사업자의 인프라를 이용하며, 그 외에는 이용자의 동의 없이 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

• Supabase: 데이터베이스 및 인증 저장
• Vercel: 웹 서비스 호스팅
• Google: 로그인(OAuth)
• Anthropic: 서버에서 AI 분석을 실행할 때 종목·보유·논거 정보가 분석 요청에 포함됨. 이용자가 자신의 Anthropic API 키를 등록하면 그 키로 요청하며, 키는 암호화해 저장하고 언제든 삭제할 수 있음
• 이메일 발송 서비스: 알림 메일 전송 시 이메일 주소와 메일 내용
• 시세 제공자(Finnhub): 종목 코드만 전달되며 개인 정보와 보유 수량은 전달되지 않음

법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우에는 관련 법령에 따라 제공할 수 있습니다.

4. 보관 및 파기

이용자는 설정 화면의 "계정 삭제"로 언제든 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 삭제하면 계정과 입력한 모든 데이터가 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다. 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 정보는 해당 기간 동안만 보관합니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보를 조회·정정·삭제하거나 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 문의처로 연락해 주세요.

6. 쿠키

로그인 상태 유지를 위한 필수 세션 쿠키만 사용하며, 광고·추적용 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다.

7. 안전성 확보 조치

데이터는 이용자별로 접근이 분리되며(행 단위 접근 제어), 전송 구간은 암호화됩니다. 쓰기 작업은 인증된 서버 코드에서만 수행됩니다.

What we collect

Your email address (and, with Google sign-in, your name and profile identifier); the portfolio data you enter or ask a connected AI client to record (holdings, trades, cash, buy theses and claims, watchlist, investment profile, notification settings); analysis generated for you; connection records for connected apps and API keys (tokens and keys are stored only as hashes); and, if you add one, your own Anthropic API key, stored encrypted. Through the MCP connector we receive only the tool name and arguments of a call, never your conversation. We also keep session cookies and standard server logs (IP address, timestamps).

How it is used

To sign you in, to show and edit your portfolio in the web app and in connected AI clients, to run the analysis you request, and to send the email alerts you turn on. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train models.

Who processes it

Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Google (sign-in), an SMTP email provider (alert emails to the address you choose), Anthropic (when server-side analysis runs, the tickers, theses and positions needed for it are sent to the Anthropic API, using your own key if you saved one), and Finnhub (ticker symbols only, to fetch prices). We disclose data only to these processors or where the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can revoke connected apps and API keys, or delete your Anthropic key, at any time in Settings. "Delete account" in Settings permanently deletes your account and all of its data immediately.

Security

Connections use HTTPS. Every row is readable only by its owner (row-level security) and all writes happen on our server after your identity is verified. OAuth uses authorization code with PKCE (S256) and rotating refresh tokens.
